The total rental fee will depend on the room(s) rented and any additional services required. Fees are as follows:                                                
* There is an additional charge for use of specific tech equipment, as well as operation and cleaning services.                                                
*If renting the Sanctuary space only, please use the Foyer exclusively for accessing the washrooms and for entry and exit. Setup and usage of the Foyer is not permitted.                                                
A 20% deposit is required to secure the space, and the remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.      

A security deposit of $300 is required at time of booking




The security deposit  is refundable within 5 days after the event, unless damages occur.
